1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using The IMB Network (“IMB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including The IMB App, website, creator tools, or any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to access the Platform.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, all activity under your account, and providing accurate information. IMB may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of any original content you upload (“User Content”). By uploading content, you grant IMB a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, stream, and promote your content in connection with the Platform.

5. Community Behavior

You agree not to upload illegal, hateful, or harmful content; harass or impersonate others; upload content you do not own; manipulate Uplift™ voting or IMB Points™; or interfere with platform security.

6. Payment & Monetization

Creators participating in revenue programs are subject to additional terms. IMB may adjust payout rules or thresholds to maintain fairness and compliance.

7. AI Features

IMB integrates AI-assisted recommendations, moderation, and tools such as IMANI. AI outputs may vary and should not be considered professional, legal, or financial advice.

8. Termination

IMB may suspend or terminate access at any time for behavior violating these Terms, applicable laws, or community standards. You may delete your account at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

All IMB branding, platform features, and original platform content are owned by IMB. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

IMB provides the Platform “as-is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for User Content, data loss, service interruptions, third-party actions, or earnings fluctuations.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

3. Physical Merch

• Because many items are print-on-demand, size exchanges and buyer’s remorse returns may be limited.

4. Chargebacks

Chargebacks may result in account restrictions while we investigate. Fraudulent chargebacks can lead to suspension.

1. Respect for Copyright

1. What IMB Points Are

IMB Points™ are an in-platform reward system that recognizes meaningful participation (reviews, discovery actions, community support). Points are designed to encourage contribution—not to simulate wages or replace cash payments.

2. No Cash Value

IMB Points have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed for money unless explicitly stated in a separate, written program.

3. Earning Points

• Completing Quests (e.g., onboarding, reviewing works, supporting creators)
• Approved engagement actions (where enabled)

4. Abuse & Enforcement

Manipulation (bots, spam, coordinated fraud) may result in point removal, quest resets, and account suspension.

5. Changes

IMB may adjust point values, eligibility, and quest rules to preserve fairness and platform integrity.

IMB prioritizes community-curated discovery. Sections rotate to surface variety and reduce algorithmic lock-in. Some placement may be influenced by community activity, editorial choices, and time-based campaigns.

3. Sponsor Boundaries
